Dustin Plantholt has officially completed his certification in Mental Health First Aid, a program designed to equip individuals with the tools to offer initial support to those experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.
The training emphasized awareness, empathy, and practical response—skills that matter deeply in a world where mental health conversations can no longer be sidelined. Dustin extends sincere thanks to instructors David Brown and Annie Torres for their guidance, as well as to the National Council for Mental Wellbeing for building a program that strengthens communities through understanding and action.
